I'm posting this also as a new post so I hope no one misses it. Everyone is welcome to the zoom! Come on in and meet some of the other accordionists here. No questions too dumb, no playing too weak. It's all for fun and you don't have to play, just hang out and have fun! This is the final zoom that I am hosting this season, hopefully Jerry or one of our other forum members will contiinue to host through the summer.

Thanks John! It was as really fun to talk to other forum members for the 10 zooms.

Yes, the 11th meeting was to be this past Friday, May 17th. At the start of the meetings Tom said he could only do 10 meetings due to other commitments. His 10th and last was May 3rd. It was open then, for anyone to (pick up)/Host future meetings. Jerry may do it, or we may be on "summer vacation" for 3 months.

True, thanks John. Yes, I start playing the summer gigs, the first farmers market being today. And looking like a beautiful day before storms later this afternoon. Jerry was interested but I think he may have gotten very busy himself this month, we’ll see! If no one picks up hosting this summer, I will try again in fall after Oktoberfest signals the end of the summer accordion season here.

Hey guys.
Yeah, Tom guessed it, I am so busy that I am working my day job and so much is happening in my personal side that I don't even have the ability to come here very much. I used to be up to date with all the posts here, and I am already hundreds of posts behind.

Work is 10 hours a day and even finding the desire to practice is low, much less finding the time. Fridays half the day is spent taking care of my uncle taking him to and from the hospital and the last half is catching up doing chores around my home. If I can get in to bed before 10pm, I am happy. Saturdays are spent doing the same at my sister's and then my weekend is over. I get up Sunday morning at 5:00am and the cycle starts again.

I have a few days off scheduled in June to go to Ontario and in July to go back to the accordion museum (it's a birthday gift to myself) and then nothing until September when I zip off to Europe. Life is good, but damn I am busy!!

I'd *LOVE* to host the meetings, but there is no way I can do that at this time, and for that I apologize.
