I have a Baile accordion which I brought back from Beijing, China a few years ago. I havent played it as much as Id like. Im thinking about selling it now and want to know if anyone knows anything about it and the approximate value of it. If you have any opinions please let me know! Thanks everyone!

Unfortunately, you aren't going to get too much. Chinese boxes have something of a reputation, and for good reason. This is very much a beginners instrument, and not a good quality one. You will not be getting more than about £200/£250 for a box in perfect condition. Much less if it is damaged or in need of internal repair. The build quality of these instruments is poor, and a lot of corners are cut, with cheap materials, poor reeds and naf wax. Getting it in good condition could cost more than a new one. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
You may get more value from it by learning to play it than selling it - worth a try :-).
I would suggest opening it up and taking some pics of the insides - pull those pins out on the treble side and show us what the reeds are like

Thanks James! I posted a soundclip of the Baile. I obviously have no skills:
