Bell accordion help to identify

Hi there, Im trying to identify the make and model of a Bell Accordion Surbiton branded accordion that my step mum found when her father passed away. Please can you help.

All we know if that he bought it in around 1947 when he went over to German just after the war.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Hohner Student II - Bell had them without Hohner branding. c1940, hard to say exactly.. '47 could be right.
