Hi all. I buy a month ago a used BUGARIVOX accordion. it is 120 bass 41 keys . but I do not know anything about his features- reeds, LMMH etc. Somebody knows and can tell by a picture or prev knowlodge?
The registers show that it is LMMM but that's about all we can see from just this picture. The accordion may or may not have cassotto. It may be a Championfisa or Championcassotto. The dials suggest it has microphones left and right. The electronics I am not familiar with. The trouble with these accordions is that electronics stays up to date for maybe 5 years, may work for maybe 15 years, and the acoustic accordion is likely to still be good after 50 years...
Hi
Looks to me like it could be an old electronic model with the old electrics removed and an updated system fitted. The name Bugarivox is reminiscent of 70/80s electronic boxes - Magivox, Cordovox etc etc.
One would expect evidence inside of original fittings if that is the case.
Also, you’ll be able to check the reeds and internals.
Looks an interesting prospect.
Good eye Jozz, it is a near exact match for the S2000 from the late 90's and has an additional 1/4" socket, probably for a mic. There is supposed to be an output connector for a 4 or 5 button foot pedal with this unit, if I recall. I'd place the accordion perhaps a little older, maybe 25-28 years?
