Congratulations.

Seems they're set up to handle delivery of internet bids, but it might involve phoning a few people.

I could see auctions being quite interesting, not sure I can be bothered though.

If anybody wants more buying action: [Hohner Pacific IV T - Cagnoni reeds] on ebay currently at 67 euro. I was wondering what it was exactly, then Paul mentioned the model above.

£480 plus c.30% buyers premium... is still a bargain IMO if it turns out not needing work. I admit I've not been watching as closely as I used to but Oxford 3s in my experience £1k to £1.2k in nice playable condition.

I'l be watching with interest - it looks little played and no signs of abuse in the pic, so good luck.
You prob know this but the few Oxford 3s I've heard are pretty full on Scottish.. mine was A 442 -40 +40.
And if you (or anyone else) is interested in any more good musette accordions I have a few in fantastic condition that I would sell as I cant play now with spondylitis...

Sorry to hear about your spondylitis. My ex mother-in-law had it and I know how debilitating it can be. Feel free to put them in the "For Sale" section here.

The audio recording on all their demos is really bad.

And they frequently get the description wrong: it also says 42 keys. I think they cut and paste the desciptions. I always count on the images.

The Guerrini has arrived, lmmm with full size keys, and quite a wet tuning.
The bass buttons had fallen in and somehow 4 legs had got below the pegs, I do not know how , because they were quite difficult to spring back.
One treble key had bent up about 5mm, luckily i only had to remove 3 keys to get at it, but bending it back and making it seal took about 2 hours.
One reed needed pinging, but all the leathers looked good, cosmetically it's good
Now for straight tuning, the first step could just be tune the m reeds to the l, anyone know of a youtube recording of this tuning ?
