Does anybody have the French Signature FR-8X sets?

It promises UPGs of Ludovic Beier, Marc Berthoumieux and Samuel Garcia plus sets prepared by Dominique Paats.
Apparently, only residents of France were able to get them by their mail address.
We had some bits and pieces of the UPGs/Sets, but not the whole thing. 
Any ideas how to receive it?
