Probably 2 sets of treble reeds (voices ),
High middle range (🤔)?
Made by Zero Sette (?)
Late 1960s-ish.
Beginner's/child's or novelty busker's model.
The designation could be: Giulietti model P48.
Has had a relatively rough life (scratches all over and worn bellows tape ).🙂

As you live fairly close to Philadelphia, you could sell it through Liberty Bellows 🤔.
