A nice item.
Do you have a case for it?
Giulietti branded.
Probably 2 sets of treble reeds (voices ),
High middle range ()?
Made by Zero Sette (?)
Late 1960s-ish.
Beginner's/child's or novelty busker's model.
The designation could be: Giulietti model P48.
Has had a relatively rough life (scratches all over and worn bellows tape ).

Value depends greatly on local demand, cosmetic condition and working condition.
As you live fairly close to Philadelphia, you could sell it through Liberty Bellows .
