Arrigo Tomasi makes available a lot of free, easy sheet music. It's mostly American standards, French café music, Latin-flavored music, and some Italian.

Go to this site: Arrigo Tomasi,
click on "sheet music";
then select any song in the column on the right;
scroll down and you can download the easy version in PDF format.

There are more than 100 to choose from.

For a very reasonable half-yearly fee you gain access to his jazz or swing version of these songs. Tomasi is an accordion teacher, so these are intended for study by his students, I suppose. I have been working on some of these songs for years and find his arrangements not only useful but also tuneful and artistic. Some of the bass parts or more complicated that what I would call easy.

"Some of the bass parts or more complicated that what I would call easy"

or = are? "that" = "than"?

The thing I find annoying, and I do subscribe to this site, is that he never plays the bass parts on any of his demos. He plays only the treble part and is accompanied by another instrument, usually guitar, and a rythmn.

He plays his improvised treble parts superbly, usually very fast, but I would love to hear some solos with him playing both treble and bass.

They are pretty high quality transcriptions. I made up my own bass parts to go with some of them which took a while. There's a lovely Mat Matthews one on that site!
