Thanks Dingo. This gentleman - he plays mighty fine
. But I can't get over the tone of that bass. I was taken aback, I could almost hear the bow drawn over the strings 
on some of his bass notes. I don't know what model of Titano it is, but it's got fabulous reeds.

The balance between melody line, accompaniment and bass line is very good in this recording. I prefer a deeper bass but it would overpower the melody. I tend to always take the "easy" route, which is to not use just one accordion but an ensemble of accordions so it's much easier to balance the different voices, and also to give each voice its own dynamics.
