Good on ya, Oz. Not only always first but always best .
Hoping to visit my son in Adelaide later on.
Always thought of him a a bit of a failure.
Doesn't play the accordion ( or any other musical instrument)
Celebrations to ring in the new year have been held around Australia with most of the country marking the start of 2023 with good weather and big crowds. More than a million spectators flocked to Sydney for the city's first New Year's Eve fireworks display without restrictions since the pandemic...
Excellent show! I used to be a pyromaniac myself (Knots Berry Farm summer shows, Hilton's Sacramento Delta show, and other small local shows). Got my start in mid 1960's when in junior high school. My dad would bring chemicals home for me to "experiment" with. Our first shows were neighborhood 4th of July "Block Parties". Lot's of fun.
I especially liked the bridge platform in Sydney....the "firefall" was the best I've ever seen. That's a difficult effect to pull off.
Thanks for the post, Dingo.
