On the same instrument all bass buttons should have the same height/depth. But between different accordions the height may differ, as well as the spacing between the buttons.

I would say that if the accordion sounds good and feels good under your fingers while playing, you are fine. If very slight differences from button to button don't interfere with your playng, you're good!
