I’m a bit stuck & would appreciate some help to the introduction of this piece; I find it awkward starting on the third finger and want to persevere, however I don’t know how to proceed with the rest of the fingering.
Any suggestions please?

On a PA box -- 3 2 / 1 2 / 3 2 / 1 2
5 for F & G

<FONT font=Garamond><SIZE size=125>That was probably fingered for CBA.

Looks like a rocking back and forth thing. 3 5 2 5 1 4 2 4 repeat

I managed it on piano accordion but if the stretch is uncomfortable try: 1 5 2 5 1 4 2 4, Crossing index over thumb

IMO method books would say 35 25 14 24 35 25 14 24, too.
You're holding down the C for two beats and playing the G on the 2nd for one. And so on.

Thank you so much. I have opted for 1 5 2 5 1 4 2 4 as that is the one which works best for me.

that's exactly what I would do, the acid test for any fingering is 'does it work well for the fingerer'! Others may disagree or regard that approach as being too simple!
