Hlavacek Heligonka A-D

I recently acquired a J Hlavacek Heligonka (from Czech - Bohemia) which appears to be a very early model but I do not know much about it and there is not much internet information available. So I am interested in learning more about this accordian. I have seen a few Hlavacek models online but this one seems unusual. Unusual characteristics include double-headed lion on front, A-D model, simplicity of construction, no Hlavacek name and "Heligonka" inlaid where the Hlavacek name would normally be inlaid.

I would appreciate any information anyone has on this accordian. Thank you!
