Hello I am Wolf from Vancouver Canada and new to the group. I recently purchased a used Red Hohnica 1305 Accordion it is missing the Hohnica badge need help to find one? I believe this is made in Asia and local retail shops don't carry this part in Canada or USA. Any suggestions please.

Welcome to the forum Wolfer and greetings from Bavaria to Vancouver.
I wasn't aware of a manufacturer mimicking Hohner.
Since I browsed a bit through the web to research whether spare parts are available I found that indeed it seems to come from a factory which formerly did build Hohner boxes.
I didn't find a hint for spare parts though.

Hohner has been mimicing itself for ages in many countries. ;)

Hohnica is a Chinese accordion brand that supposedly "used" Hohner specifications (but clearly not for the typical Chinese register switches that are copies of an old Scandalli design). It is one of hundreds of attempts that Chinese companies made to make it seem an accordion is of European origin when in fact it is not. Finding genuine spare parts of these Chinese accordions is often close to impossible.

Hi Wolf. There are places that sell spare parts for classic Hohner accordions, but as far as I can tell, Hohnica seems to be a sub-brand of Hohner for their lowest priced instruments. It doesn't seem likely that anyone would stock parts for these, but one might find some salvaged parts. To my surprise, a quick Google search turned up a Hohnica 1305 grill at Liberty Bellows. It is the entire grill, including the name badge, and inexpensive.

I presume the photo you attached is not your used accordion, but that of a new one for sale at a music store. It shows they want $1699 for a new Hohnica 1305. Wow, I think that is way overpriced for a Chinese accordion like this. I have seen this same model advertised at about half that price.

Wolfer: As well as copying Hohner for accordion parts the makers seem to have copied the letters style as well used by Hohner in making up the sign 'Hohnica'. The genuine Hohner company still sell individual letters in different sizes and material so a home-made label using those would be pretty close to what you need I think.
