Radio programmes can also be a good source when looking for tunes to play on the accordion. This one was the theme tune for “Housewives’ Choice” and I am old enough to remember it! It is a little more subtle than the previous TV theme and with practice I will be able to improve. In particular, I am currently playing the middle section too slow as there are some quick chord changes to negotiate in the bass.
