How Do I Fix My Bass Machine?

Here are some examples of the old seals and my homemade seal. I waxed my pallets back in last night, and adjusted some odds and ends to tighten up the whole mechanism.

It is sensitive, and it feels likely to jam under particularly hard left hand playing, but it finally plays!

I do not know how to attach a video or audio clip, but I certainly will add one once I figure it out.

I still have a broken metal arm within the bass side coupling system, which I will need some guidance on sorting out. It is the main arm for the low three reed bass voice. I will add photos of this when I open the Tango back up.
