I don't know who made this instrument, or whether it belonged to Consiglio himself or was just using his name as an endorsement. To me it looks like a Dallapé. It has every sign of being an excellent instrument, whoever made it. I'm assuming it has 4 voices (LMMH) in the right hand and 5 bass voices. I suggest bringing it to an expert. You can also post pictures of the interior here, if you're comfortable opening it.
well, don't forget that the companies of the original Co-Operitiva built a lot of
look-alike models, as several principals came from the Stradella area with
some tooling and a few boxes of extra shifts and stuff
