EDIT: Solved, I found on an old thread, on a post by @JIM D., that this is an "Artist" model, of the AC (Continental) line, which was introduced in 1962, as opposed to a Grand model that has 7 bass switches - which is the more famous model that we see all the time.

Does anyone know what this Excelsior model number / name is? Any idea of date would also help but that is asking too much as there is a paucity of images.
Its design is the same as the AC/Continental, and the advertisement specifies it's 4/5, however it only has 3 bass registers.
Double tone chamber and mute.

This is how Art Van Damme special model looked like, his Excelsior Continental was LLM 2+1, it has L and M reed blocks in the chamber and 1 L out with only 3 bass registers.
