This is the first time I did a proper recording of the quint tuned reeds. The register I'm using is a Low + H_quint. So the quint tuned reed is more than two octaves away from the note played by the L register. Of all the pairings, I like this one the most. It's like an Organ (L+H) switch but sweeter.

Nice one, Breezy, thanks! I like the sound, very organ like. Another one I’ve arranged but not learned…..

The accordion does a swell job… That puts an inordinate highlight on your playing, and the phrasing is somewhat inconsistent. Try phrasing the top of the flowing lines as pinnacles, as slightly louder and more legato (stretching the tones without losing the beat) and pick different places for bellows changes.

That's the disadvantage with a great sounding instrument: the listener then gets aware of any small detail tainting the perfection.

This is a simple arrangement that is part of the ATG exam curriculum. I want to learn the full song but I'm currently working on Axel Foley theme that @saundersbp gave me
Nice sound, reminds me of many a happy hour in the crematorium in my youth. How's Axel F coming along? The rhythm is tricky!

I just picked up the left hand bass riff. If God that when the first time both hands play together, both have identical timing. That makes it a little easier. But I'm not cruising through it. The upcoming sections with be more challenging because both left have and right hand are syncopated differently.
