Hey guys!

So after spitting trough the attic I found this old gem that belonged to my grand-grand father. Ive looked all over the attic to find any info regarding this old accordion but I havent found anything thus far.
Its made in italy and its a Settimio Soprani (As far as I know). Its made in Italy and is number 34 out of 159. I tried playing it and it still works!

Do you guys have any more info regarding this accordion? Maybe even how much it might be worth?

Thanks in advance!

View from case and accordion. Pretty damn huge haha

From picture I see it is 4 voice LMMM type. It may have nice musette sound. Grab some tunes and enjoy it :) and welcome to forum!

To be really honest, im not a accordion type of person haha. Im probably going to sell it and use the money to buy myself a good piano

old accordions are not like old violins and do not appreciate in value. it may be worth more in sentimental value than you would get for it on the open market

I've seen these described as 1980s but I think earlier, c 1960 accordion, but of little consequence - it's the condition that matters. As said earlier, 4 voice (LMMM) & looks cosmetically nice in the pics.
In good playable condition it could sell for c.£500 if a 19" keyboard, if smaller maybe £100 less. It looks to have been stored in dry conditions but there is no way to tell from the pictures what the internal condition is like... maybe you should have it serviced/assessed so you can be honest & accurate with a description when selling.
If not a silly question, where are you, Hollandje?
