NEED SOME HELP IDENTIFYING AN OLDER BORSINI MODEL

Hi everyone,
My name is Aleksandar and i come from Macedonia. I found this accordion online and i cant quit make the model. All i got is this low resolution picture and i know for a fact that it has been modified at some point. I would apreciate it a lot if someone recognizes the model, the year it is made and what you guys think about it overallcenter>

This one may say "BORSINI" but it looks like a Russian box that has been modified.
