Hey all!
I got a new, anatomical total shoulder joint replacement. I was knitting three days later and expect to be aqueezing in three months!
Going to the store tomorrow. Hoping to decide between legerra with piccolo reed ( more likely) or three middles. Or the less versatile, more compact, but more meaty 950, that apparently was born from people who liked the 1100 but did not want to carry around so much weight.
Between going home withe the traditional b and white, or special ordering something interesting.
Deciding how long I can wait for a color choice. I could wait a few months but not a couple years.
Deciding how to get a new box home because I sure am not going to be hoisting into the overhead luggage compartment anytime soon..

Previously, I had raised the topic of what’s a good accordion for Scandinavian music. Today I went to the Nordic museum in and was disappointed that there was not more about the music. Although I did learn about Stan Boreson at a different museum!

Kind pearls of wisdom and knowledge always welcome!
Happy Valentines day,everyone!❤️

Glad your shoulder joint replacement appears to have gone very well.
Not much help on deciding for a lightweight accordion here. (Apart from a small 26/40 Crucianelli I inherited) none of my accordions are lightweight. I can vote for an accordion in LMMH configuration though. Unless you specifically want a quite wet MMM sound (along with a milder MM sound) an accordion with LMMH is generally preferred over LMMM these days.

Decades ago, C system (for chromatic button accordion) was known as Swedish system, B system as Norwegian system. So "Scandinavian" may not be specific enough if you aim for an authentic instrument type.

Certainly not good enough, because there is also the Finnish system (diagonals like C system but with C on the third row).
