Pain on left shoulder blade.

Hanging from a bar is good. You might have to build up. + 7 hours is a lot!
It was. I got so excited that time just passes so fast.
I think the pain could be related to the fingers of my left hand rather than the weight of the bass.

Before, I only played the treble side and never got pain at all (except sometimes on my wrist).
But since I started doing a heavier workout on the bass side with my fingers, I think that's where the strain developed.

Anyhow, practicing almost 7 hours in a row is not good and I wouldn't recommend it.

Hanging from a bar can help stretch things out, but I’d say take it slow—don’t push too hard too soon. Seven hours is pretty intense, you might want to dial it back a bit. If the pain is in your left shoulder blade, it could be from muscle strain or poor posture. It’s awesome you’re trying hanging, though! Just build up gradually to avoid overdoing it. Also, you might want to try some natural steroids, like those found in foods that can help with recovery and muscle repair. I’ve heard some people have good luck with them. Resting and stretching are key, too. Maybe a gentle massage to release the tension?

It was pretty intense. That's how excited I was.

But I learned my lesson after having an injury on the shoulder. It is very important to keep a good physical shape as an accordionist, and in general.

Hanging from a bar seems like a great idea. I took a long sessions of massages to release the tension on my shoulders. They said my muscles were a mess! Ha.
