Roland accordion prices in United States?

It's pretty easy to find a lower price elsewhere, but where Sweetwater rules is financing and customer service.

That's a company I'd love to work for... ever look in to their building or online virtual presence? As big as a university and they have HUGE stock normally, with recording and teaching studios that hold orchestras and test rooms where if you are in the area can test out anything they have. I'm sure they don't stock many V-accordions, but for the higher number sellers, there is an intoxicating number of options to try and play on.

The way smaller but no less impressive Canadian version is Cosmos Music in Toronto... go in there, and be prepared to lose an entire afternoon, and they don't even stock 1 accordion in there... lol

Cosmo is a nice store!! Also, some Long and McQuade stores have V-accordions in stock. They had 2 FR-1xb in stock where I bought mine, in Mississauga.

Yes, Long and McQuade is quite the operation. They currently have 82 stores and are the largest dealer of musical instruments in Canada. They are reputable and stand behind the products that they sell. Most of the staff are musicians and are helpful because they can advise you about what may work.
However when purchasing an accordion they would not be my first choice because they don't have the depth of knowledge in most locations although I understand that a few of their stores have knowledgeable accordion people. Because accordions are something of a niche product you would be better served at a specialty accordion store my favorite is Anderson's in Burlington because of proximity and the owner who is an expert.

**ANY** man that services accordions and owns 3 Hohner Golas, one of which is a Free Bass... can't be all bad... lol
I'll be dropping by there later this summer. :)
