My wife is not the jelous type fortunately. In fact she encourages me to play, it keeps me be out of her hair!
I serenaded her with a romantic tune using the tenor sax on the Roland. It has a lovely breathy sound that you only get when you've been playing the sax for quite a while and have moved up to a professional reed. That is to say you've got lip muscles like steel! My next toy will be the Roland bk arranger as my back up band.
I like the option of of playing a really wet Scottish three middle reed musette, to a dry jazz sound just are the push of a button. Hours of fun. Actually more like a lifetime of fun.
Oh yes, in case you were wondering what that romantic tune was, it was ' Fascination'. It was one of the first songs I sang to her when we met in 79. I then switched to the accordion sound and sang it to her. Of course, I poured her a glass of wine first. And then we danced....
