I have a question I have a Roland FR4X
And a Roland FR8x.
Can the sets of the FR4 also be used in the FR8X and vice versa.

Technically no. The facts are, though, that you can load them by renaming the file extensions. The issue is that the internal mappings between the 2 are changed, so while SOME sounds will map out properly, others won't so they will load, but will need additional work in the editor to make them fully functional.
