Tarantella siciliana

Tarantella is a dance music form, arguably coming from the movements (hopping) of tarantula spider in the middle ages. There are a lot of examples although most people only know Tarantella Napoletana (which is also a generic name) from the movie The Godfather. After some getting used to, I guess artists also compose their own tarantellas. :)
