How good is it in removing the YouTube commercials that diluge my expereince every few freaking seconds?

I use it enough as a musical resource that I find it worth paying $14/month for YouTube Premium, and then there are no commercials.
I don't use it that much to warrant that, and to clarify, I have no issues paying for things that I use on. regular basis. For example and amongst others, I have the studio version of Davinci Resolve, the paid version of Reaper, I pay for the full version for Netflix, Amazon Prime, AppleTV and Paramount and a subscription for international TV because they have 5 Czech channels on it... but I hate being blasted on social media with the same ads ad nauseum.
If I did not have to go to YouTube now and then or Facebook, trust me, I'd not even miss them all that much.

Not off Temu but I have a "cheap Chinese manufactured" E Soprani from Liberty Bellows because I just wanted a 26 key 48 bass for taking places (shore fishing, picnics etc, trips) for messing around with.
Wasn't expecting much and it's by no means amazing but it certainly isn't terrible. I opened it up and inspected it, looks and plays just fine. We shall see how long it lasts but I've been playing it frequently for a couple years and I've definitely gotten my moneys worth.

I have no experience with Chinese made accordions, but from what I have read, the concern is not so much with an E. Soprani or other such instrument purchased from a real accordion store. These have had some quality control beyond the Chinese factory and should be guaranteed and supported by the business you bought it from. However, many of these Chinese accordions are being sold by online sellers that know nothing about them and are just pushing cheap goods. If a beginner gets one of these fresh off the boat, still sealed by the manufacturer, who is under contract to produce instruments at the cheapest possible price, then what? This beginner may not know where to get a problem fixed, or not even recognize an abnormality and think that is just how accordions are. Or maybe he is lucky and gets an okay instrument, but there should not be luck involved when buying an accordion.

Not very, I'm afraid.
It works by blocking certain IP addresses. So if the ad is served up from the same address as the site you're looking at, there's no way to separately block it.
Best free method I have found is the “Brave” browser. Not at all perfect, and variable. But I did make it through 6 YouTube videos so far this morning without ads as I drink my coffee in the -3 (-20C) sunshine, watching the deer walk through the backyard. Well, maybe because I watch accordion based dance music all day and they feel I’m not worth pitching those “my husband woke up with a tent” ads…. Just sayin’. Oh this band has potential….

Ok Jerry, I took an actual count of the videos I watched in the background while working this morning. 30 YouTube videos in a row with NO ads using the Brave browser on my phone. Not sure why some days I get ads and some days not. Is it luck, karma, because I mostly watched old videos? I don’t know. But I do know for sure that your results may vary……. Worth a try though.
