The Third Man Theme πŸ™‚

The thing played flat on the table is a Konzert-Zither. (There is one under my bed. It comes out occasionally.) It has five melody strings that are fretted and played with a pick, and a bunch of bass strings. Accordion-related: the bass strings are organized very much like the left hand of an Stradella accordion, so that notes that are played in common chords are near each other. In the movie, the theme was played by Anton Karas.

The guitar is a Schrammel guitar.

Also known as Kontragitarre. Rarely seen one out of Schrammelmusik.
