Well, I never...

That's victor Shevtsov: we had a thread on him, recently!πŸ˜„
See here:πŸ™‚

True, wilddog, but I avoid threads on electronic music so I did not see it before I posted.

Even 'high end' electronic music machines sound to me to be 'false' and I even find the stuff coming through my headphones via youtube to be a bit grating.
MP3 is an abomination to my tired old ears.
The tinny performance of my expensive hearing aids, required in order to compensate for lack of high frequency acuity, discourages me from wearing them when I want to listen to, or to play, acoustic music.
Tetchy old sod, me ;)

I have a problem understanding what his left hand is doing. It is far too busy to be controlling the arranger. Is that some sort of free bass manual on the neck of the instrument?

My question when I first saw this was β€œwhy?". To the answer β€œwhy not?” (fair enough) I next puzzled over the inclusion of the six ornamental tuning pins.

I guess when they passed out aesthetic genius I was given a potato.
