It seems a Jenko keyboard accordion was produced for a short while by Weltmeister called "Logicordeon". I know there are issues with many makers being absorbed by other factories that don't hold up to the original quality, or, are "farmed out" partially or completely to factories in lower wage countries to mass produce. Does anyone have any insight to the Ligicordeon made by Weltmeister several decades ago, as to the quality of the instrument? Did it suffer the same fate as others by being assembled in a third country, with perhaps under less than desirable craftsmanship? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Hi Wayne,
First I must I must say I'm just an amateur and not an expert, so my opinion is only mine.
The I must say I like my Weltmeister Logicordeon and it was very easy to adapt, coming from piano accordion.and now, 6 years later, I'm still very happy. It isn't a mass product, they made a few more than 50, and today I think the last ones are at KIMRIC's place in California, iirc.
To my non-expert eyes and hands, craftmanship is very good, but I'm sure Kimric can answer more and better about this.

Hi Corinto, thanks for your response. I have one I purchased new a few months ago (new as in never sold when they were built 20 or so years ago). But I also recently purchased a new piano accordion, so I am planning to sell the Logicordion I have. I also have a chromatic button accordion that I've had for a few years now, and I'll keep that one. I can't justify keeping them all.
