Hello all. I'm creating a midi controller that currently replicates the right hand of a CBA accordion.
So far it's working well, but I'm wondering about creating presets to be able to also flip it around and use it as a crude emulation of the left hand too (layout is obviously a bit different than usual)
I'm wondering what people might prefer for a left hand bass system in something like this? I have 5 rows and an obvious easy option is to include what I understand to be the "free-bass" system where it's simply a mirror of the right hand. But what might you or the general public prefer? Would the "quint" system or the usual system used on converter accordions be good to have/better? Or are preferences so wide that all of them are almost equal?
I very much appreciate feedback on this. Thanks!
