So speaking of signature gloves.. one of my sweet daughters (also an accordion player) knitted me a wool? Fingerless glove after I took one of the wife’s socks (the dog had ate the mate to the sock) and cut the end off and a hole for my thumb. The sock worked okay but this custom glove is way nicer. It fits under the bellows strap for storage and really does make my sweaty palm glide under the bass strap. Just saying!
Interestingly Mike, I don’t have the glove or the dog, but I have the same tile pattern. Great minds think alike! Although mine is a little more random, not surprisingly.

I bought this from Liberty Bellows. Very thin material, far better with the bass strap than my bare hand.

It says Scandalli on it but don't let that scare you.

Saw those... they sell for like $50-$150 US (Liberty Bellows has them for $25 US, so by the time I gets here is 3 times more with shipping currency exchange, duty and taxes). Mine is custom fit for me and cost me $10 (the price of my rash guard at the time), for 4 and an hour of my mother's sewing skills. Honestly once I saw how easy it was, if I was dedicated enough I could have made it myself, but it would have taken a bit more time.
