They will try to convince their customers that piccolo reeds serve no purpose (and can thus best be disabled), they consider that a Dremel with grinding/milling stone attachment is a tuning device, they tell customers that more tremolo is always better and that dry-tuning is just ridiculous...
Unless there is some fine tuning happening off-camera, I don't see how this process could get an accordion in tune. He is tuning with the reed blocks out of the accordion and before gluing on the external ventiles. Both the addition of the ventiles and the blocks being secured inside the accordion will change the tuning considerably.
