Once in a while, here in Michigan, ads show up from private persons with used accordions for sale, made in the past century by Detroit Music Co. under the name brand Pearl. I am just curious to know more about it. Any info ? Thanks !

John Castiglione of Castiglione Accordions in Detroit would order Italian made accordions with his brand name and did this into the 1990's and probably beyond. This way he could order in bulk and by doing so increase his margins. John was never secretive about this because he was importing quality instruments.
