Many people have asked about the differences among the three most common button layouts, focusing here on Scandinavia. Here's how they are arranged within one octave:
As many might observe, rows 4 and 5 are duplicates of rows 1 and 2, respectively. I've also included other names that are commonly used for these layouts.
If you know more names for these systems, please let me know!
