How long did you wait?

I'm now into my eighth month of waiting for my new (admittedly bespoke) cooperativa accordion. How long have you had to wait for yours and do you think this is reasonable....or am I being impatient?

9 months for me. They said it would take 3.

Oh dear they said it would take six, so multiplying it up, I'm talking 18 months. Aargh!

That's the trouble. In my case I got very little feedback.
In fact I had decided that after 9 months I was going to either negociate a price reduction or simply cancel my order due to the unreasonable delay.
In the end I got the call it had been delivered and all was well.

I was quoted about 3 months but had to wait 5 ( including a Christmas Break)

One of the reasons I went with Giustozzi for my diatonic box was that I had heard they had a reputation for doing what they said they'd do. Which they did. On the other hand it was a much simpler more generic product than what you guys have ordered. Just thought I'd mention it though as the customer service side of that order was very good.

I'm sure when the Cooperativa comes you will love it.
