Has anyone found a good shipping style accordion case such as Phil uses in his Accordion World video?

I used to have shipping cases made by a company in NY. There are several companies like Gator Cases that custom build cases. You really want to go through someone who has experience with this since you need to account for foam thickness and other things like wheels and handles.
