Marmite is an acquired taste ....you either love it or hate it ......I'm sort of 50/50
but if you you, like me a child brought up in bombed out Britain in the early 1950's You ate what was put in front of you !!
I loved Shipdams potted meat on toast !! my memories are still at the fore front of my mind !!! ha ha ha
I also loved all the Italian food my mother used to cook .................So did all the kids in our street !!! ...happy days !!

So is Vegemite!😄
It originally was a cheap and convenient school or work sandwich filler but inflation has made it edge almost into a luxury item: it has almost trebled in
price at our supermarket chains in the past two years.

You better run Dingo, you better take cover!!!!

Hmmmmmmm, that would be a tough one to pull off on solo accordion. I bet Ventura has done it.

I see what you did there. That song is the closest I've got to vegemite. I would dearly love to say I have no strong feelings about Marmite, but I hates it. Horrible stuff.

Pretty sure this is where the saying 'rough as guts' comes from.

Being leftover brewers yeast I'll stick to drinking the beer and leave the leftovers for someone else.

Perhaps if they fortified it with good taste instead of just vitamin b they wouldn't have had this problem.
