Where to purchase reed valves in Italy or China.

Ha-Vent (they actually commented in this thread) are a supplier of bulk valves.
I have used mylar for stiffeners for years, I find that Pliobond sticks to it fine.
I have seen eastern european instruments that used foam rubber for valves , it would have to have a closed cell structure and the face against the reed plate would have to be the non cut or molded side if it is scived. EPDM/Neoprene blend would have the long lifespan needed, i use it for gaskets.
