If your sliders are binding chances are there is no type of lubricant that will correct your problem. You might try removing them -
make sure they are straight and buff them with #000 steel wool and reassemble with dry lube.

What sort of dry lube ?

I've taken them out and wire wooled them and put them back clean.
So they're working but some are better then others.
