Looking for comments and reviews for the new Korg fisa suprema digital accordion. I currently play a lovely 120 bass Borsini, but it is quite cumbersome for lugging around to festivals... Interested in the sound (non amplified)... My genre is mostly folk and Irish traditional... Thanks!

If you already played a keyboard and familiar with sound sets, I would suggest looking at a digital accordion. I think the FISA is more than you need. But if want to enhance accordion sounds with layered orchestrations, then maybe something to look into. Always a learning curve with digital accordions.
If you are mainly interested in the accordion sound, the main advantage of going digital is that the digital accordion never goes out of tune. Other things are consistent voicing, the ability to eliminate keyboard and pallet noise, the sound of having a cassotto and also no cassotto, both in the same instrument... But of course the most important deciding factor is the sound, which you may or may not like.
Though the Korg is released the first ones are JUST reaching their buyers now. I'd not be in any kind of a rush expecting reviews from "ordinary" accordionists... give it at least a month, and if you want any "truths" to come out, those usually happen about a year later after the "honeymoon phase" disappears.
Over and above that, the only review you should truly depend on is your own impressions after trying one yourself. IMHO this is too much money and too big a purchase to make based on the opinions of someone else.
